These pictures were taken at various types of building inspections that our team has performed in Louisiana and across the United States. In the photos you can see circuit breakers & wires have overheated, Moisture and thermal breaching, Rotational equipment, etc. Over-heating electrical components are one of the many things that we check during our building inspections. You can also see several photos of water damage. Moisture / Water damage is the single largest cost in most buildings. In some of the photos this damage is visible to the naked eye. In other cases the damage is not visible without our thermal imaging scans. It is almost impossible to detect electrical issues without thermal scans. The sooner that you can identify moisture, water, and or electrical issues the lower the cost of repairing these problems will be and the greater the ROI (return on investment). Once these signs are visible with the human eye in your building the greater the expense will result. Because we are a third party inspection company and not a contractor you will know exactly what repairs are needed witch can also result is a cost savings by not repairing unnecessary items and by finding all of the problems not just stopping repairs at the visual level.
